Job Description

  • Serves the company as responsible team leader to achieve motto, vision of Nepxpres and supports smoothed managing fleet of team
  • Management responsibilities include motivating, coaching, training, recognition and rewards, performance evaluation and management, discipline, look after employee concerns and staff productivity
  • Plans, organizes, directs and controls specific day-to-day operations at work station
  • Responsible for assigning and managing shifts to ensure the safe reliable and efficient delivery
  • Monitor of sorting of packages from collection points minimizing operational cost and maximizing reliability, prompt  including the movement, tracking and administration of sorting /collection points
  • Analyzes operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports and collaborate with other department for efficient result
  • Determines opportunities for improvement and execute in action plans for results
  • Leads daily or schedule meetings to ensure communication and understanding of operational updates and set targets/goals
  • Resolves customer service issues, as appropriate
  • Responsible for training new employees regarding job duties and performance expectations and ensuring compliance of Nepxpress policies, procedures and other training requirements, including health and safety issues
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
