We are currently seeking a Operation Head to oversee our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, cost-effective and high-quality service delivery, and effective coordination between departments, branch offices, internal teams, clients, and the deployed workforce.

This role ensures that agency operations fully align with organizational objectives and that targets are met through a seamless recruitment process and strict adherence to compliance standards. Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining strong communication and providing leadership across all functional areas to improve overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of manpower agency and ensure smooth recruitment cycle in place.
Strategically plan and manage operational processes for efficient workflow.
Supervise staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
Coordinate communication between clients, candidates, and departments & branch offices.
Ensure compliance with recruitment process, company policies and national & international labor regulations.
Handle complaints, resolve operational issues, and improve service quality tactfully.
Lead teams, support training, and maintain a productive & harmonious work environment.
Schedule recruitment drives, assign staff for the sourcing & selection and also travel branch locations

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

More than 5 year proven experience as an operations manager or higher level, ideally within the staffing, recruitment, or HR industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proficient in computer operations, able to implement new tools, knowledge of social media platform and refine processes to streamline recruitment process.
Excellent communication in English (verbal & written) is mandatory. Arabic & Malay will be an advantage
Experience in the manpower & recruitment agency (preferred), or staffing agency
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities, with excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage teams and multitask
Familiarity with global recruitment, HR compliance and labor laws
Having 4 wheel driving license with driving is preferred.
