Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Head to lead our trade operations and logistics team. This role will be responsible for planning and executing all operational activities related to trading, export, and import. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in trade operations, logistics, and supply chain management, with proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all trade operations and logistics activities, including sourcing, procurement, shipping, and delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop efficient trade plans and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other partners.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Utilize analytical and tech skills to track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
