Job Description

  • Looking into HR aspects, This will mainly involve organizing the contracts of lawyers and staffs, review of attendance, managing performance review systems, addressing grievances of the lawyers and staff, understanding training needs and planning for the same. Ensuring invoices and timesheet of lawyers.
  • Looking into all the procurement and supervising the same. Lead all the administrative team (consisting of finance, front desk, court staff etc.)
  • Ensuring the information about the website is up to date, coordinating with IT consultant for enhance rating of the website.
  • Taking lead in submitting proposals on behalf of the firm to the clients (this will usually cover preparing methodology of work, financial proposal, etc.)
  • Taking lead in overall placement of the firm in domestic market and international market and strategy for growth, cost savings etc.
