Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, custom clearance, ensuring timely delivery of goods, coordinating with clients and vendors, and continuously improving operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced logistics and transportation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with consignee for shipping documents required for Nepal custom.
Collect the duty as per PP (Pragayapan Patra) for timely and smooth custom process.
Coordinate for end-to-end logistics and transportation operations.
Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and documentation of shipments.
Liaise with clients, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, and logistics reports.
Assist in route planning, load optimization, and cost efficiency initiatives.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service quality and operational processes.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations.
Knowledge of custom clearance, import/export procedures, and documentation.
Familiarity with courier and air express operations is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
Understanding of transportation regulations and compliance.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
Proactive and able to identify and implement process improvements.
Team player and able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for business purposes.
