We are seeking candidates who can dedicate their full time to the office, remain available to receive calls at any time, and demonstrate flexibility with extended working hours when required. Preference will be given to individuals who have prior overseas work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Staff Coordination – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met promptly and professionally.
Candidate Support – Address and resolve any problems or concerns faced by candidates who are working abroad.
Office Operations Management – Oversee all daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Team Coordination – Work closely with the Communication and HR teams to align processes and ensure smooth workflow.
Task Allocation – Assign duties and responsibilities to staff members based on priority and workload.
Performance Monitoring – Track progress, verify task completion, and ensure high-quality work delivery.
Problem Solving – Identify challenges within operations and implement timely, effective solutions.
Leadership & Reporting – Act as the main link between the GM and MD, ensuring accurate communication and smooth decision-making.
