Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operation Associate to join our team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will manage daily cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily cash transactions including receipts, payments, and deposits.
Maintain accurate cash records and reports.
Reconcile cash balances and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Assist the finance team with petty cash management, bank transactions, and accounting operations.
Support auditors during cash audits and maintain proper documentation.
Provide excellent customer service for cash-related inquiries and transactions.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

+2 or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in cash handling, banking, or finance preferred.
Knowledge of accounting software (Pumori preferred).
Experience in Capital Markets/Merchant Banking is an advantage.]

Level: Jr Assistant to Senior Assistant (final level will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience)
