• Adhere to client's schedules, deadlines, and procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with the clients
• Ensure clients are satisfied with the services offered
• Escalate and resolve areas of concern raised by clients
• Schedule and arrange meetings, also follow-up appointments.
• Co-ordinate with the internal team to streamline the process
• Perform all other duties that are consistent with the policies and procedures of the company.

Working hours: 9 hours (7:15 PM to 4:15 AM- night shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
