Job Description

Adhere to client's schedules, deadline and procedures
Build and maintain relationships with the clients
Ensure clients are satisfied with the services offered
Escalate and resolve areas of concern raised by clients
Schedule and arrange meetings, also follow up appointments.
Co-ordinate with the internal team to streamline the process
Perform all other duties that are consistent with the policies and procedures of the company.

Working hours: 9 hours (7:45 PM to 4:45 AM- night shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
