Job Description

Keeping a proper record of bills and expenses
Handling assets and keeping records of every used item
Supervise vehicle movement, fuel management and ordering office supplies as and when required for smooth operation for the organization
Oversee the operational management and facilities
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Reporting to management
Take up other duties as assigned
Travel Few km if required
