Experience Required	:	More than 1 year

Previous experience in documents preparation for various visa applications for countries such as China, Schengen, Australia, Canada, Japan, etc. will be an advantage
Candidate should be able to multi-task, highly organized and detail-oriented
Should be computer educated and ability to use Microsoft Office applications
Should be able to perform under tight deadlines and pressure
Fresh graduates with pleasing personality are encouraged to apply

To arrange documentations, Passport and Visa Requirements of individual, group and corporate clients
To accurately encode data in various application forms
To Schedule visa/ passport appearance of clients
Help in developing a wider market for documentations/ passport and visa processing
To advise clients of changing rules and regulations set by the Embassy/Consulate/Visa Office
If required, assists clients during their appointment at the visa consulate/embassy
Take initiative for client/corporate visits for promo updates and other concerns
To coordinate with clients, sales department and liaison officers for all documentation requirement
