Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Operation & Development Manager with a strong background in e-commerce to lead our operations and drive growth initiatives. As the Operation & Development Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing our e-commerce platform, enhancing customer experience, and expanding our online presence.


E-commerce Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including management, order processing, and fulfillment.
  • Monitor website performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce operations with other business functions.

Business Development & Growth:

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
