  • Ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
  • Manage and work closely with development teams, aiming to optimize the daily operations and provide solutions against problem areas
  • Setting goals and guidelines, establishing budgets and schedules, performing research and assessments
  • Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of current operations
  • Developing strategies to accomplish various tasks
  • Monitor the progress of all functions while implementing the company's policies and regulations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of construction crews and develop new business through Internet marketing and face-to-face contact
  • Provide leadership in the area of personnel, payroll, labor relations, training, and affirmative action
  • Determine the operational logistics and schedules for potential client programs
