Job Description

We are a fast-growing, tech-enabled cleaning and service management company based in Sydney, Australia. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Operations and Business Development Officer to join our team from Nepal. In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of the business by handling client communications via VoIP managing schedules, and executing digital marketing campaigns. You’ll be the central link between our Australian clients, the local cleaning team, and our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls through VoIP Setup.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Manage and update bookings and schedules using our CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate job requests between clients and the local cleaning team.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, ads, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain daily records and generate weekly reports for business performance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline operations.
  • Comfortable working on Australian Eastern Time (AEST) schedule.
  • Applicants are expected to have access to their own working laptop and a reliable pair of headphones to ensure smooth communication and task execution in this remote role.
