Academy of Commerce AOC is a reputed educational institute providing classes for Chartered Accountancy since 14 years. We are committed to academic excellence and holistic development of students. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operation and Admin Head to lead and streamline our administrative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the institute
Manage staff schedules, student records, and logistics
Coordinate with academic departments to ensure smooth functioning
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
Handle procurement, vendor management, and infrastructure maintenance
Supervise front-desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for students and parents
Assist in event management and examination coordination
Prepare reports for management and support audits when required
