Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee and manage the scheduling of patient appointments in the OPD
Monitor and maintain patient flow, ensuring minimal wait times and maximum efficiency
Coordinate with medical staff, including doctors and nurses, to ensure timely and effective patient care
Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
Prepare and manage OPD budgets, including monitoring expenses and reviewing financial reports
Train and supervise OPD staff, including receptionists and medical assistants
Implement and enforce hospital policies and procedures, including compliance with medical regulations and protocols
Collaborate with other departments within the hospital to improve overall patient care and experience
Maintain a clean and organized OPD environment, ensuring proper sanitation and infection control measures are in place

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration or relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using computer systems and medical software
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
