Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the scheduling of patient appointments in the OPD
  • Monitor and maintain patient flow, ensuring minimal wait times and maximum efficiency
  • Coordinate with medical staff, including doctors and nurses, to ensure timely and effective patient care
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
  • Prepare and manage OPD budgets, including monitoring expenses and reviewing financial reports
  • Train and supervise OPD staff, including receptionists and medical assistants
  • Implement and enforce hospital policies and procedures, including compliance with medical regulations and protocols
  • Collaborate with other departments within the hospital to improve overall patient care and experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized OPD environment, ensuring proper sanitation and infection control measures are in place
