Roles and responsibilities of this job

Respond to e-commerce customer service issues in a timely & friendly manner.
Manage pre and post purchase enquiries via email, phone calls, whatsapp and social media platforms for all brands within our portfolio
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
Processing of ecommerce orders - Project, plan, and execute given sales targets
Familiar with the e-commerce landscape in Nepal
Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms
