Job Description:
The Online Reputation Management Specialist will be responsible for gathering, managing, and improving reviews across key software review sites (G2, Gartner), social platforms (Google, Facebook), mobile app stores (Apple Store, Google Play Store), and company review sites (Glassdoor). This role involves actively engaging with users to solicit feedback, responding to reviews, and implementing strategies to enhance our online reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively gather reviews from users on software review sites (G2, Gartner), social platforms (Google, Facebook), mobile app stores (Apple Store, Google Play Store), and company review sites (Glassdoor)
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage users to leave positive reviews and feedback
- Respond promptly and professionally to reviews, addressing any concerns or issues raised by users
- Analyze review data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a consistent and positive user experience
- Manage and update profiles on review sites to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Identify potential reputation risks and develop proactive measures to address them
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online reputation management and review solicitations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in reputation management.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong internet research skills and ability to find and verify information.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Requirements:
- Familiarity with online reputation management software and tools.
- Knowledge of review solicitation best practices and strategies
- Proven experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, review sites, and online monitoring tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
