Education Level: Sub overseer/ Engineer or Bachelor in any faculty.
Experience Required: More than two years of experience  in Ready Mix Concrete sales. .

• Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven
•  Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with a customer focused philosophy
• Must be able to build successful relationships, treat and relate to others in open, respectful ways, even in difficult
• Self-motivated and results driven with commitment to meeting deadlines
• Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights & weekends according to necessity base.
• have to travel/ market visit between sites as needed within the valley.
• Candidate must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler vehicle.
