  • Must be Confident in delivering training and in public speaking.
  • Must have good skill in Microsoft application. 
  • Must be comfortable with travel as per business need.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in Nepali & English.
  • Must be capable of handling assignments independently and should be quick learner.
  • knowledge in Life Insurance business shall be an advantage.
  • More than or equals to 2 year/ Experience in sales & marketing will be preferred. Post graduates with good academic record  and  zeal to do well in the field of sales may also apply.
  • Minimum Master’s degree or equivalent with at least second division score.

Job Description

His/her main responsibility is to supervise and coordinate all aspects of Nepalgunj and Surkhet Office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure smooth operation of the office by following company’s standards and procedure for effective, discipline and consistent performance.
  • To help Agency Director draw a strategy to achieve targets for production, manpower, business quality and other goals.
  • To ensure smooth implementation of daily/monthly activities and agreed agency management practices to achieve the agreed target.
  • To provide continuous feedback for improvement.
  • To lead and motivate the sales force by removing real or assumed barriers to achieve the target.
  • To direct, develop and coach agency/unit managers to recruit and build a professional agent sales force by demonstrating the best practices.
  • To challenge agency/unit managers & field representatives to outperform their targets by persistently following sales process and professional behavior.
  • To collaborate with other functions to established synergy for maximization in line with overall goals of the company.
  • To ensures quality and reliable service to our customers both before & after sales.
  • To ensure MIS related with the Agency is up to date and reported on time.
