MKCL has core objective to be a Manager in Agriculture Value Chain by developing Agri business throughout the chain such as agriculture production, collection, processing, national & International marketing, research & development, technical services including supply of all agriculture inputs to farmers.   • Bachelor/Master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, business or relevant field
  • At least 4-6 years of industry /modern retail sales experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in management level are preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
  • Good skills of communication in Nepali and English
  • Self-motivated & leadership skills
  • Ability to work in pressure
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good business sense and a professional manner
  • Good Presentation Skills

        Job Description

        • Overall responsible to implement the FMCG division in company including start of the business, structure formation & establishment of the market
        • Lead the sourcing & marketing of the FMCG products including stock holding & management as per market demand
        • Responsible to conduct market research to identify new product, customer needs, improvement in existing industry trends etc
        • Analyze the market demand, competitors & strategy to penetrate in market
        • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
        • Keeping in contact and coordinate with existing network & lead to develop the new retail structures
        • Coordinate to take orders, dispatch, sales return & collection from the market
        • Responsible to achieve sale target of the division
        • Day to day coordination & work closely with supply chain team/warehouse management
        • Work closely with Branding Officer for product design, promotion & demonstration
        • Collect feedback from customers or prospects and recommendation of possible solution
        • Coordinate with partners/associated entities to implement the task as per the terms & condition of the contract
        • Provide feedback to the senior management for the new intervention required & mechanism for the implementation
        • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
        • Vendor management, agreement management 
        • Retail Project analysis in terms of Location identifications, drive marketing tools
