Job Description

New business (life insurance) processing
Risk Analysis
Underwriting decision making, recording and reporting
Training and development of FF on field Underwriting
Compliance with applicable company policies, procedure and applicable laws, regulation and regulatory directives
Innovation and development
Responsible for Daily smooth operation of the office which includes – overseeing new business & premium collection, all UW/CSC/Claims/ related functions, Up-keeping of office, transacting branch operational expenses etc. and other necessary job required for standard operation of the branch/agencies
Carry out BM’s role & responsibilities in his/her absence as assigned by Management
Full Operational compliance with company policies, procedure, guideline and rules, regulations in all activities of branch/agency offices
Day to day operations functional responsibility in Underwriting, Customer service, Claims and Administrative management
Reporting fortnightly or as per the need on the operational issues to the HOO. Also communicate functional issues to the Functional Heads in Claims, CSC, Underwriting and GSs
