Muktinath Krishi Company (an associate company of Muktinath Bikash Bank) is a pioneer and the first public agricultural company established with the aim of playing a managerial role in the overall agricultural value chain through the "Krishak sanga Muktinath" and "Upabhoktaa sanga Muktinath" campaigns, with the goal of improving Nepal's agricultural economy. The company was established in 2075 with a 22.2% investment from Muktinath Bikash Bank, a 57.8% share held by 901 promoters involved in various business sectors of Nepal, and 20% from public shares. Job Description

Muktinath Krishi Company Limited (An Associate Company of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited) is a Pioneer public limited company. MKCL has core objective to be a Manager in Agriculture Value Chain by developing Agri business throughout the chain such as agriculture production, collection, processing, national & International marketing, research and development, technical services including supply of all agriculture inputs to farmers. Currently, we are looking for a dynamic, result oriented, self-motivated and passionate candidates for the regional office of the company.

Overall, Roles and responsibilities:

Should be the key person to implement company policy and its subsidiary companies’ policies, plans, and activities within the best possible way.
Overall responsible for day to day operation including Sourcing, Sales & Marketing and Business Development in the region.
Responsible for making periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual) provincial business plans and their implementation. You will also be responsible for team mobilization in the best way possible. Additionally, you should ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business and collection targets.
Responsible for planning all MKCL products and applying those plans in the best possible way in the province.
Coordinate at the provincial level with government bodies, non-governmental organizations, partner companies/organizations, cooperatives, and other associated entities.
Overall responsible for mapping the field requirements of seeds, fertilizer, machinery, credit facilities, and developing a supply and extension plan accordingly.
Responsible for identifying opportunities for establishing production and processing industries in the province.
Responsible for conducting all MKCL business within Province and responsible for collecting all amounts due from business activities.
Responsible for carrying out various technology transfer-related functions developed by the company.
Prepare and track regional business and budget expenses as per the plan.
Explore investment and new business opportunities.
Explore the company’s vision and mission and create investment opportunities with government bodies, non-governmental organizations, and other associated bodies.
Manage supply chain management from farm to end market.
Responsible for market promotion and brand promotion for available products and services.
Develop cooperative networks from production level to marketing.
Gather vendor/customer feedback, create action plans, and resolve any issues raised.
Maintain and enhance the working environment with the entire staff community.
Maintain and nurture company SOPs at all levels.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
