Job Description

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing.
  • Educational qualification CA/ACCA/CPA/MBA.
  • Perform periodic review of Policy, Process, Procedure basis Functional/ Audit/Regulatory Requirement and report GAPS/ improvement opportunities, if any.
  • Prepare testing of the core capabilities of MetLife Nepal Operations on a monthly basis. 
  • Prepare periodic First Line of Defense (FLOD) Reports as required by MetLife Policy.
  • Perform gap analysis of Identified Process Risks
  • Perform Data integrity checks to ensure the quality of MetLife Nepal Database.
  • Perform regular tests to ensure that Anti Money Laundering Controls are effective.
  • Review Process/ Transactions from Control/ Risk/ Quality certification guidelines, as applicable
  • Perform sample checking to ensure the quality of business process.
  • Prepare and Report all Process/ Control/ Risk related Gaps to Head of Quality Management
  • Provide support in periodic certifications Audit for all Business Processes
  • Initiate / Manage Process Improvement Projects on Risk Control Initiatives
