Required Key Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• B Tech – Foods, BSc – Chemistry, BSc - Microbiology from a recognized university
• Min. 2 years of working experience in QC Dept. in a Liquor Industry
• Good knowledge about Quality Systems, Process and Procedures
• Good working knowledge of Quality Testing of RM / PM / FGs and Online Inspection
• Confident in handling Laboratory Equipment and Glassware
• High Attention to detail
• Passionate about maintaining High Quality Control Standards & Procedures
• Good in preparation of QC related documents
• Commanding, Initiative, Zero Defect Working Attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in using computers (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
