Job Description

Establish QA/QC systems in RM/PM/FG and standardize the procedures with SOP / WI as guided by seniors.
Ensure MCT / OT process happens in defined frequency and maintain proper data base records in coordination with QC.
Legal audits, Internal & External audits handling with CAPA actions
MDG portal handling for RM PM F, I, S, codes creation and support works
Formulations feed, AIG feed, Formulation controls in SAP etc.
Provide support in bulk HOTO / bulk validation batches and maintain proper records of QA process.
Process mapping as per AP Global standards and streamlining the Unit QA/QC procedures
Customer complaints analysis with appropriate CAPA
Team handling and performance appraisals
Ensure timely calibrations of Master lab equipment’s, internal calibration of lab equipment’s and maintain records.
Update IMS documents in coordination with various stakeholders in QC / R&D and ensure preparedness for planned / surprise audits.
Carry out testing works and maintain records for repetitive customer complaints as guided by seniors.
Keep a proper tracking system for bulk validation/trial batches with new raw materials or as per suggestion from seniors.
Take active participation in standardization of new lab equipment and plant hygiene practices.
Prepare and share monthly reports to seniors.
