Academic Qualifications

  • Masters' or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, administrative services or a related field, or relevant prior experience in human resources.

Required Work Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR officer, Admin. or other HR position for at least 2-3 years. Preferably in tech industry.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (mainly recruitment, reports and documentations)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office; excellent skills of Excel is a must to have.
  • Excellent time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Strong Prioritization and multi -tasking.


Job Description

  • Active involvement in recruitment activities mainly with candidate sourcing and interviews.
  • Provide management information reports relating to HR - for example absence data, employee informations, payroll etc. Work on requests for information, ensuring timely and accurate responses are provided.
  • Provide management information reports relating to hirings and attritions.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Responsible for Employee Leave Management and Leave Records.
  • Tracking Employee Attendance System and provide the monthly reports as assigned.
  • Prepare different official letters, contracts and documents as per requirement and requests from employees and management.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, Learning and Development programs etc.
  • Involvement in external events related to branding and promotion of the company.
  • Understands and is able to serve as back-up on all functions completed by the fellow Seniors including HRIS, onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Ensures smooth running of the work by addressing any employment and employee relations issues.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
