The right candidate must be a confident and fluent English speaker with advanced English writing skills. She must also possess the confidence and ability to work with senior managers along with foreign officers, have experience of the development sector, be articulate, have a very persuasive manner and of course great interpersonal skills. A background in training and consulting is beneficial.

Education: 

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in public policy, politics, economics, development studies, business administration, public administration, social work or a related area.

Desired Skills:

• Fluent spoken & written English
• Experience in computer systems including Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of database systems
• Experience of web-based management systems
• Experience for Scouting for Business Development Opportunities
• Experience on working on EOI/ Proposal
• Experience of writing funding proposals
• Experience of line management of staff
