The right candidate must be a confident and fluent English speaker with advanced English writing skills. she must also possess the confidence and ability to work with senior managers along with foreign officers , have experience of the development sector, be articulate, have a very persuasive manner and of course great interpersonal skills. A background in training and consulting is beneficial.

Education: 

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in public policy, politics, economics, development studies, business administration, public administration, social work or a related area.

Desired Skills:

• Fluent spoken & written English
• Experience in computer systems including Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of database systems
• Experience of web-based management systems
• Experience for Scouting for Business Development Opportunities
• Experience on working on EOI/ Proposal
• Experience of writing funding proposals
• Experience of line management of staff
