Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain files and records related to the company's legal activities and contracts.
Act as the initial contact for legal advice to ensure that the company's actions comply with Nepalese laws.
Oversee the effective management, including drafting and negotiating numerous contracts across the company's operations.
Create and review legal documents like contracts, agreements, and policies to make sure they meet the required laws and rules.
Manage and resolve legal conflicts and lawsuits, working alongside external legal advisors when necessary.
Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that could impact the company.
Collaborate with other company departments such as finance, HR, and operations to guarantee legal compliance and manage risks.
Communicate and coordinate with relevant government agencies and other institutions on behalf of the organization.
Offer advice on corporate governance, board meetings, annual reports, and adherence to securities laws.
Develop and implement legal strategies to safeguard the company's interests and minimize legal risks.
Keep legal records and documentation current, accurate, and well-organized.

Recruitment Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in LLB/BA LLB.
Must be license holder.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a corporate legal department.

Transportation:

Must own a two-wheeler vehicle.
