Job Description


  • Coordinate with International/National Experts, Firms and clients on project-related matters.
  • Provide logistics support including coordination for field visits and vehicle use.
  • Coordinate with consultants and clients on project-related activities and keep track of project progress
  • Coordinate with other support staff for administration and operating issues
  • Work closely with consultants to ensure deliverables meet the target. This includes reports, documents, training, and other related activities
  • Work closely with the team leader to monitor project progress, and develop administrative and operational systems.
  • Collect Timesheets and maintain them properly.
  • Maintain all the documents, files emails, submitted deliverables, etc. properly and systematically.
  • Maintain records of office assets and project personnel.
  • Facilitate project-related workshops and seminars when needed.


  • Maintain financial records and books of accounts of the project office and assist in auditing.
  • Prepare and submit monthly invoices and budgets
  • Prepare tax returns ensuring tax requirements
  • Handle other tax issues (at the time of full audit)
  • Ensure and comply with overheads within the allocated budget.
