Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our dynamic team as Officer – Business Operations. This multifaceted role bridges daily operational execution, client engagement, and business development support. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities across operations, administration, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational & Administrative Support

  • Execute daily tasks as assigned and provide regular updates
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and support seamless program delivery
  • Maintain digital records, receivables, and program documentation
  • Prepare workshop reports, profitability analyses, and maintain participant data
  • Support Finance Team with reconciliations, invoices, and advance settlements

2. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Communicate with clients, resource persons, and participants via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Schedule appointments, send reminders, and handle logistical communications
  • Coordinate venue, logistics, and documentation for smooth event execution
  • Capture program visuals and share with the Corporate Communication Team

3. Team Collaboration & Execution

  • Work with Business Development Officers to support lead generation and conversion
  • Assist consulting teams with documentation, logistics, and client coordination
  • Share checklists and schedules with Admin, IT, and other support teams
  • Follow up with participants, and manage absentee communication

4. Business Development Assistance

  • Identify and support new business opportunities
  • Draft proposals, training schedules, and client presentations
  • Maintain prospect lists and help manage branding/marketing activities
  • Contribute to both open and customized training/consulting programs
