Job Description

KFA Consulting is on the lookout for a dynamic, target-driven, and sales-oriented professional to join our growing team as an Officer – Business Development. If you are an outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating business opportunities, this is the right role for you.

You will play a crucial role in expanding our Management Development Program (MDP) and other consulting services by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, preparing winning proposals, and driving deals to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads for MDPs and consulting services through proactive outreach
  • Identify prospective clients and engage key decision-makers
  • Present and pitch KFA Consulting services via calls, emails, and client meetings
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline, ensuring consistent lead follow-up
  • Create tailored proposals, concept notes, and impactful presentations
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
  • Support internal coordination for seamless proposal development and negotiations
  • Close deals by finalizing agreements and facilitating client onboarding
  • Track and report business development performance to senior management
