Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Manage the accounts payable process efficiently and ensure timely payments.
Perform vendor and customer reconciliations with accuracy.
Handle VAT return filing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare and manage wages, including wage entry and related record-keeping.
Process entries for import bills, local bills, and other invoices effectively.

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Business Studies (BBS).
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, trading, or audit firms.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP software.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
