Job Description

You will be responsible for the administrative and financial related matter of the project

Maintaining project related documents
Communication/ correspondence on project related work with consultant and owner
Ensure proper recording of manpower at site
Ensure the proper record of material requirement, delivery of material and maintaining proper stock at site with proper system
Ensure and follow up of time schedule and work progress report from each site
You will ensure the system is running properly and report to Project Manager on daily basis
You will function as a project coordinator. A bridge between project, factory and project team in the office
In short you will be assisting the project manager to run the project smoothly
