  • Minimum Master’s degree (Preferably MBA) with minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Proven Negotiation skills, influencing abilities and strong and analytical ability  
  • Working knowledge in Excel and other MS office package
  • Ability to mentor, Coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees

Job Description

  • Work with the owner/MD to create and execute growth plans
  • Coordinate with and follow up with vendors to ensure that all workflow are systematic
  • Identify new areas of growth or service improvement
  • Frequent visit to vendor/ Client whenever required/ wherever required (Inside Nepal)
  • Control overall operations inside the factory and manage the market also
