Job Description

As an Officer at Hamro Triveni Saving and Credit Cooperative, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of the cooperative. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the processing of savings deposits, loan applications, and disbursements.
  • Monitoring loan repayments and following up with members on outstanding payments.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Providing excellent customer service to members, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to accounts and services.
  • Assisting members with the application process for savings and loan products.
  • Managing office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assisting in the organization of meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Supporting the Office Incharge in day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensuring that all operations comply with the cooperative’s policies and relevant regulations.
  • Identifying and reporting any potential risks or issues in financial operations to senior management.
