Job Description

As an Officer at Hamro Triveni Saving and Credit Cooperative, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of the cooperative. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the processing of savings deposits, loan applications, and disbursements.
Monitoring loan repayments and following up with members on outstanding payments.
Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
Providing excellent customer service to members, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to accounts and services.
Assisting members with the application process for savings and loan products.
Managing office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Assisting in the organization of meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Supporting the Office Incharge in day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
Ensuring that all operations comply with the cooperative’s policies and relevant regulations.
Identifying and reporting any potential risks or issues in financial operations to senior management.
