  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Management of vehicle maintenance and its logsheets.
  • Organizing company events and conferences
  • Managing inventory
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
  • preparing letters, presentations, and reports
  • supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Managing office budgets
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Organizing induction programme for new employees
  • ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • attend meetings with senior management
  • Reporting head office regarding site activities and issues (if any)
  • Facilitate administrative staff and experts at the site.
  • Canteen management
  • As assigned by the supervisor and head office

Previous relevant experience at the site is preferred.
