The candidate will be responsible for working with different clients to manage their accounting and book-keeping requirements, provide audit support to the firm when required and also assist in day-to-day operations of the firm.

Candidates who are willing to commit long term association with the firm will be preferred (at least 2 years) as we are looking to grow the candidate into our core team. 

Skills:

  • Able to multi-task and handle multiple clients
  • Accounting Experience with Knowledge of Accounting or Accounting Software
  • Audit experience would be an advantage
  • Possess good communication skills as well as active engagement with clients; and

Job Description

  • Preparation/Recording of all accounting entries and drafting of compliance calendars, preparation of workings and filing of returns of VAT, Excise, TDS, Advance Tax, Payroll management
  • Preparation of Balance sheets, Cash Flow and Profit/Loss and budget in Excel on / Quarterly/ Semi- Annually / Annually
  • Supervise the accounting operation and preparation of periodical reports
  • Ensure compliance with policy and review the overall accounting system
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Provide Taxation support and compliance with Tax requirements
  • Respond to client queries, advising on accounting and taxation matters, business improvement and growth, exit strategies and provide cloud software support
  • Manage client satisfaction and dispute resolution
  • Manage staff development and support appraisal process
  • Attend and contribute to the firms and operations meetings and contribute to the firm’s Quality Control and Strategic Growth plans
  • Share knowledge on technical updates and regulatory changes
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the organisation
  • Management of the full pitch process; liaising with managers and directors from the initial planning stage, ensuring adherence to the Firm’s agreed procedures, templates and guidelines and managing the production and drafting of the final document
  •  Supporting with internal communications across the firm and strategy formulation and execution
