Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As the Office Secretary, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks in order to support our recruitment team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating between overseas clients and the company's HR division
  • Handling the overall recruitment procedures with the support of the HR division
  • Look after the entire administration tasks and report to the managing director
  • Handle the internal recruitment tasks
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Preparing Reports
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
