Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Office Secretary to join our reputable company, Aarohi HR Solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the recruitment industry and must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage office activities including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
  • Schedule and arrange appointments, meetings, and interviews for the recruitment team
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters and other confidential documents
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client and candidate information
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory management
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Update and manage company database with new client and candidate information
  • Maintain a professional and friendly image of the company to clients and candidates
