Should have completed Bachelor Degree
Should have at least 1 year of working experience in similar field
Should have good communication skills
Should have possessing pleasant personality, positive attitude
Should have good reporting and writing skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office System, E-mails, Internets
Good command of English having perfect writing skills along with strong interpersonal and
problem-solving abilities are essentials
Candidate with secretarial training will be preferred

Job Description

Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate order

Working Hour: 10 AM to 5:30 PM
