Proficient in use of Microsoft Office System
Independently under pressure in office management and accounting
Should possess pleasant personality and willing to work in a team environment

Will be responsible to provide administrative, secretarial and basic accounting functions
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
Assist the concern authority by providing administrative support
Maintain scheduling and coordinate office activities
Other duties as assigned
