Job Description

General office administration
Establishing human resource development protocols, in consultation with management and experts
Maintain personnel records, inventories, etc.
Assist senior management in staff / consultant recruitment, contractual arrangements, etc.
Liaise between head office and site offices/ site staff
Liaise with consultants and clients

Qualification

Bachelors in Business Administration from reputed institution
Masters degree in Business Administration an added advantage
Minimum one year of experience for Masters degree and three years of experience for Bachelors degree in office administration of consulting firms or similar organizations
Experience in human resource development preferred

Job Specification:

Good management, communication and inter-personnel skills
Good knowledge of MS Office package and other software
Fluency in English and Nepali
Good report writing skills
