Talia Pvt. Ltd.
Talia Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Nepal and engaged in the international cargo business, is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the following position. Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to Nepali and local applicants.

Work Location: Hattisar, Kathmandu Metropolitan City–1, Kathmandu District, Nepal

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of cargo-related documents, such as Bills of Lading, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Assign duties and responsibilities to staff.
Make purchasing and procurement decisions.
Implement and maintain new company policies and procedures.
Recruit, hire, and train staff.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
