DS Pvt. Ltd., is a foreign investment company established by Chinese Investors under Nepalese Law with the objective of repair and maintenance service of electronic devices and equipments such as mobile, computer/laptop, medical devices etc. This company requires highly motivated, and result oriented candidates as below.
Position: Logistics Officer - 1
Duration: 1 Year
Duty Station: Kathmandu, Nepal

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Higher Secondary Level (+2) or equivalent in any subject
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Speaking/Writing/Reporting Skill in Chinese Language
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Energetic, responsible, and result-oriented candidate below 50 years of age.

Job Responsibilities:

The Logistics Officer will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the Company's logistics and supply-related activities, including:

• Coordinating with foreign investors, suppliers, and local parties regarding the procurement and supply of spare parts, equipment, and other materials required for repair and maintenance
• services.
• Coordinating import, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery of spare parts and equipment, as required.
• Maintaining proper records of incoming and outgoing spare parts, equipment, and other materials.
• Coordinating with the technical/service team to ensure timely availability of required spare parts and materials.
• Preparing and maintaining logistics-related documents, records, delivery notes, and reports. Note: The position is based in Kathmandu Nepal. Nepali National shall be given priority for the given job.
