Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Office Manager to join our team, responsible for managing general office administration, operations, and administration tasks. The role involves overseeing day-to-day office operations, handling accounts and maintaining basic financial records, and coordinating with students, parents, and team members in a professional manner. This position also requires researching, compiling, and preparing confidential and sensitive documents, providing briefs to the administrator or executive regarding their content. Additionally, the Office Manager will assist with various business processes as required by executives, produce a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form, compile and maintain records, statistical information, and reports, and track ongoing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle accounts and maintain basic financial records.
  • Oversee HR-related tasks (such as staff attendance, leave records, and recruitment support).
  • Manage and update social media pages and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with students, parents, and team members in a professional manner.
