It has been established with the aim of providing construction works services in the field of roads, highways, bridges, Airport, irrigation, water supply, river training, hydropower, electrical transmission and distribution lines, tunnels, building and industrial complex.

Job Description

  • Prepare detailed project management and construction schedules for construction, restoration, and refurbishment projects
  • Supervise the Project Engineer to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with government safety codes
  • Work with senior management to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within the budget
  • Ensure a strong reporting system per senior management's requirements and track the same
  • Create, own, and operate all systems to ensure operations run smoothly
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
  • Perform all the administrative tasks like preparing contract agreements, response of letters issued by clients, and filing and documenting all the necessary project documents
  • Finding, employing, and managing contractors and sub-contractors
  • Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
  • Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files of the project for easy access
  • Making correspondence to official letters issued by clients on behalf of any project
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures
  • Understanding the urgency of supplies in projects and planning and scheduling as the same
