Urja Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Urja), is the rising brand in the Nepal power sector. Incorporated in June 2016 A.D under the Company Act of Nepal, Urja has been able to establish a portfolio of hydropower projects with the cumulative installed capacity over 355 MW. Such competence takes off from the identification of a potential hydropower site to operation and generation optimization of the well-built facilities.

Urja has the core team of professionals who have extensive knowledge and experience in the hydropower development and are among few best hydro-professionals available in Nepal. Urja maintains the best working relations with the government agencies and Nepal Electricity Authority. It also has best relations with the best consulting firms, and the top-notch hydro professional in the country as well with the international firms for outsourcing the works of large volume.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Office Engineer shall be responsible for assisting Senior Executives for coordinating with internal and external agencies for collection, review and analysis of the existing and upcoming projects information. S/he shall be actively involved in preparation of various reports, proposals, presentations and project progress updates for internal and external uses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Additional Degree in Management Field (MBA/MBM) would be an added advantage.
  • Work experience of over 2 years in related field 
  • Knowledge in Report/Proposal Preparation, Research works  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and innovative work approach
